Our flight school just purchased a building at Kentucky. It has a Wilson bi-fold door that works fine. However, it doesn't close perfectly on one end and it appears that some of the cables need the tensions adjusted. Do you have a field rep that can service this? Hello - we have a 20 year old bifold door from Wilson Doors - the cable is kaput - we don't necessarily want to go to straps - even though that is better- do you replace the cables? We are in Iowa. Door is 36 ft - I suppose you can tell me what the straps cost but does any of the dealers put cables back in?
