Good morning, I am looking at door options for a new aircraft hangar construction in Quebec. I need a clear opening width of 44ft and clear opening height of 14ft (could do with 13ft 6in minimum as the aircraft has a 13ft tail height). Would the standard bi-fold be the best option? Or the Pre-mounted bi-fold maybe? The total vertical clerance for door installation will be 16 ft 6in; not sure if it's high enough to get the 13ft 6in clear height. Please advise. Thank you.

I am currently for 2 doors, by-fold for residential purposes in Quebec. one is 16'x8' and the other is 10'x8'. my client wishes that the doors fits flush to the outside finish of his garage. as he wants to put a wooden finish same as his shops outside's finish so that the doors would be hidden in the finish, that the edges wont show. is it something you guys can help me with. as for now i only need an average price so that my client sees if he's got the budget for the project. thanks

Hi, I'm looking for a bi-folding door for an existing airplane hangar in north of Quebec, Canada. The best product for me seem to be a stand alone kit to install outside and flush to the actual building. Did you ever tried this kind of door in extrem cold area? And it is possible to ship in North of Quebec area? Regards,
