I have a project in Minnesota that needs two, 25 ft wide by 16 ft high doors. As of right now I haven't decided between a bifold or a hydraulic, so I'd like a quote for each one.

HI, I am interested in your doors. were at the start of a design process to build a new cabin. and want to have a sun room that can completely open 2 to 3 walls. issues: Location Northern Minnesota, and Mosquito's! so were looking for a door design that offers proper sealing so we can use the room in the winter and a design that incorporates automated screens or allows for 3rd party automated roller screen. Ideally the screen would go down first before the door opens, to limit access to the mosquito's answers to your questions are just a very rough estimate, structure has not been designed yet, so we can accommodate any structural needs

I'm looking for a quote on a 28'x15' door, the wall height is 18' so if I have to drop to 14' that's fine. I prefer a bifold but I'm interested in a hydraulic quote to see where they compare. Project is in Minnesota. Thanks
