I am writing to formally request a meeting with you to discuss your esteemed expertise in Pre-Engineered Metal bi fold doors for hangar Buildings (PEMB). At Brandstetter Carroll Inc., we are keen to explore how your services can significantly benefit our forthcoming projects, specifically the hangars doors for a new airport project in Kentucky. The maintenance hangar is the first hangar we are working on with bifold doors, followed by three additional hangars. The hangars door we are requesting mainly information on is 60' wide by 16' tall.

I am interested in getting more information on converting a current bifold door with a 6 cable lift system to a strap lift system. The door is approx. 60' wide by 23' tall. The clear opening is approx. 60' wide by 19' tall. The door and operator are approx. 50 years old in Kentucky. We recently had a failure of a drive chain that drives 1 of the drums that 3 of the cables are attached to. Please contact when able.

Building home with attached 60x60ft hangar in Kentucky. Design is currently with drafter to complete full construction plans. Looking for strap, bottom drive, internal truss, bi-fold door with strap latches. Interested in pricing for insulation panels and top window options for added light. Would like to discuss cost/benefit of stand-alone superstructure versus building requirements for wood construction as currently planned. Thank you.

I am building a 40x60x14 steel building as an auto hobby shop and collection garage in Kentucky. A 14w x 12h door is planed for the the center of the 40 ft gable end. I would like to consider a hydraulic lift door and/or bifold door for convenience and to keep heated building weather tight. Thanks
