80' x 20' hydraulic crane door to replace 80' x 20' cable-lift bifold door. Located in Williamsburg, PA. Is this a door we can easily install?

We are building a new production facility and will need a Schweiss hydraulic crane door on the north end of our building. I don't know which style door would benefit us more, bifold or hydraulic. Do you all also install?

wanted to find the hydraulic doors I want before I finish the plans for the new building. This way I will be informed of what needs to be done during the consruction process to make the rough opening the right size and whatever reinforcement needs to be done to hang the doors. I am also installing a overhead crane, so I need to know the maximum height of the door and hangers. I want some windows in my doors. What about insulation r value ?
