My customer is looking for 2 doors. 30.2 x 18 insulated w/glass and 18'6" to the eve - 38.2 x 18 insulated w/glass and 18'6" to the eve - Most likely a candidate for one piece Schweiss Red Power hydraulic door as ag equipment will pass thru the structure. Not enough headroom for sectional doors by us. Installed on steel jambs.

Hello Schweiss, I am interested in getting a quote for a Red Power hydraulic door. This is for a new agricultural supply building currently under construction. The door itself would be approx. 30ft. wide x 16 ft. tall. We would like to insulate the door as well to R20-R30 if possible. Also I would like to get info on the structural loads we should expect on the building itself. Please see the attached pic of the building structure. It's a gluelam split beam timberframe structure with 2"x6" framed walls. The door will be at the far end of the building, although the structure is the same at both ends. The end wall that the door is installed into, is non-structural relative to supporting the building, so it only needs to support wind load, it's own weight, and the loads applied by the door itself. However the inside of the building is all exposed, and it's critical that the supporting structure for the door be completely concealed in the end wall (i.e. we can't have bracing tying into the interior truss members etc.) Please advise. Last, we are located up in Pemberton, B.C. Canada. So I would like info on shipping to Canada and how to coordinate an install. Please provide production lead time with your quote as well. I need a price for two 30' wide x 18' tall bifold doors installed in the Hampton, IA area. Next 30 days. One door will be in the end wall and one door in the side wall. the steel building will be 20' tall to put my tractors and other ag implements in it.

Will be using this hyddraulic or bifold door as a vent in a cattle barn. It will not seal on the ground, the bottom of the door will be 4' off the groound. If this is a problem let me know.
