My wife and I are going to be building a hangar home at Spruce Creek Fly In Equestrian Airpark in Port Orange FL 32128. We have purchased the lot and are in the design phase for the home now. I have seen your doors on other homes in Spruce Creek and am interested in your quiet operating liftstrap Bifold Door. It looks like our hanger will be built with a 46x16 Door and a 20 foot ceiling. I will be using either concrete block walls or poured concrete walls. I am interested in your new Superstructure Hangar Home Door design with Automatic strap latches and insulation. We would also be interested in automatic opener and eye sensors together with information on any enhancements for a high wind area. We are also discussing the possibility of having a bifold garage door for a 2 car garage - so a 16x8 garage door with automatic opener if you could price that for delivery at the same time as the bifold liftstrap remote opening hangar door. Could you please advise current lead times for delivery/installation?

We are designing our hanger/home now at our fly-in equestrian airpark and will have a 50’x50’ hanger area. I will hold like prices on 42’ and also as wide as we can go given the 50’ width steel structure! Thank you, Brent

Not certain as to what type of side column type my proposed building fabricator selected. I know the whole building is steel and will be a T hangar in my fly in equestrian airpark.

In our equestrian airpark we are retrofitting of an old barn into a hangar with a mixture of steel and masonry construction. The side columns of the openings are masonry with steel headers. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need further information for the quote.
