We have purchased a property with a shop 60 wide, 112 long built in 2019. We insulated the building with R60 in the ceiling and R30 in the walls ourselfs. The building has rollup doors at each end 14' high and 18' wide non insulated. We are pricing to have insulated doors to replace these doors, one that is 24'X (15'6" or 16') high and the second door 18' wide, 14' high. Does your door come with a frame that can be attached to the Menard building we have or do we need to reinforce the walls we have. Also what R valve do you have in the doors. The building is being leased to a manufacturing company Agribrink which installs equipment on Ag equipment. Husband’s hangar door insulation was damaged by sewer flood. Bottom Portion of blanket insulation was cut out by cleaning/remediation company. I am interested in a hydraulic one piece door for a shop in-the-clear opening of 16 feet high by 30 feet wide. This opening has northern exposure, opens into a heated shop with a concrete floor with about two inches of concrete above the gravel grade that leads into the shop. The building is wooden laminated column and the current 16 H x 15.5 duel sliding doors are clear span supported by a track on the front of the building. I am interested in better sealing of the door opening and the possibilities of insulation that you offer for this type of a door. I am retired and farming a small farm, but I do spend a lot of time in the shop and need better air infiltration control. This is an inquiry only at this point. I am looking for a simple bifold door for my wood Kiln. Temps are never more than 180F. Door needs to be insulated and my opening is approximatly 12 wide by 11 high. We design and manufacture dryers and kilns, primarily for the ceramic industry. Currently, we have a project to supply a large dryer for a customer that will require two (2) doors, each approximately 16' wide x 8' high. The doors would be exposed to temperatures as high as 400 deg. F on the interior, so they will need to be insulated. We can install the appropriate insulation, as long as the doors are designed to accommodate it. I would prefer bi-fold style doors, but am open to any style. Please give me your comments.

I am going to build a new hangar and I am getting estimates. The door size is approximate. I would like lift staps and the remote control option, plus decent insulation. We are in a very windy area. We have purchased doors in the past from your company. I am now in the need for a door to fill and 15 foot 7 inches clear height x 14 feet clear with. Door motor is the be wired for 460/3/60 and the inside and outside will need to be clad with our matching sheeting and insulated. We will need all the safety controls to meet OSHA or better. I would like to get some price quotes and recommendations. I would like to purchase two Bi Fold doors for my steel quonset building. There are two rought openings, one is 19' 9" wide X 14' tal(clearance above door is approx 12" at the co ers). The second one is 11' 9" wide and 12' 4" tall(clearance approx 18" at the co er". I would need the free standing frame. I do want windows in them the number of windows will depend on cost. This is not a commercial building so the doors will not be in constant use.
