Good morning, We are quoting a Boat Storage Building for Dauntless Shipyard in Essex, Connecticut that will require three (3) 30' x 30' one-piece hydraulic lift doors. The same owners already have a Schweiss Bi-Fold door at the same site plus a Schweiss Hydraulic Lift Door at another boat yard in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. They have had good success with your doors. The doors will be installed into a Pre-Engineered Steel Building by Varco-Pruden and sheeted over to match the rest of the building. Can you provide a quote to furnish the doors as well as an alternate to install the doors? We would anticipate the doors to be delivered in the 2nd quarter of 2025, after the boats are in the water. can you also provide a spec and loading information on these doors so we can design and price the building to support these doors? I'm working on a project in Greenwich, Connecticut and currently we are looking into the possibility to use the hydraulic door for an opening of 23'wide x 8' height. I have a small indoor pool in Connecticut that has 2 exterior walls that we would like to use 2 vertical bifold door with insulate glass to open the view of the harbor (1) would be 7'-5"W X 8'H with a 3' transom and the other would-be 6'W X 8' H with a 3' transom with a ceiling 11'H. I am working on new construction of a pickleball indoor facility in Connecticut with the design of having 8 overhead doors for open-air play, dependent on the weather. We have been planning on having insulated multi-panel doors and would like to look at strap bi-fold doors as an option. Current size is 20' wide by 10' height. Would like to discuss with salesperson.
