Prefer to only be contacted by email. Interested in one big 24 ft by 12 ft bifold door on a new post construction building in Michigan. I don’t want a slider and regular garage doors seem to be limited to 18 foot widths. I am interested in something that seals tightly with a concrete floor to keep out rodents.

Looking to have a weatherproof sealed hydraulic of bifold door that would be used instead of a conventional garage door .on residential home in New York. Very little headroom,want to get rid of tracks I am assuming that because of weatherproof version , that a frame is included I guess similar to a pre hung door I can send photos if needed

I need 2 weather tight shop doors 25’ wide 14’ tall the ceiling in shop is 16’ I’m trying to calculate cost ?

I am building 2 helicopter hangers, that are heated and cooled. Both openings are 29’x12. What door options are best in this situation.

My two buildings (Salix, IA 51054) are Butler 40'W x 120'L x 13'6"H (sidewall) built in the 1950's. Current openings are 16'W x 14'H, with vertical I-beams on each side. These buildings were originally built to store grain, so are constructed with extra steel for strength. These are regular, straight wall buildings, I think the roofs are 3:12, maybe 4:12 pitch. One or both buildings will be having new insulated sandwich panel siding installed in place of the current uninsulated original galvanized siding. Maybe this same insulated sandwich panel siding can be used on the doors? It'll likely be Hardsteel Brand, possibly Butler. Door openings currently have no header, the original doors were sliding. Contractors Need estimates of price and timeline for delivery, and hopefully, installation of four, 16'W x 14'H insulated bifold doors, installed. Please contact me with any questions. Thanks. Tim

I'd like to replace my 30-year old manual counterbalanced hangar door with a Schweiss bifold liftstrap weathertight door with auto latches, nominally 40 x 12. I live at Leeward Air Ranch in ceentral Florida. Hangar construction is concrete block. I'll want a personnel door and an installation kit.

We are interested in a Schweiss bifold liftstrap weatherproof door for a residential project. The door size is 18 feet wide by 9 feet tall. We are wondering if we can clad the door in horizontal cedar siding. We used two Schweiss doors at the Mayor's House in New Hampshire many years ago. One was clad in Kalwall and one in cedar.

Want bifold doors that will be mounted on a flat slab, concrete structure at loading dock and trash bay for a university in Denver, CO. Faces a public street, so we need a clean, nicely finished door with limited maintenance requirements. Works ok in snow? Hello, My garage is fitted with  bi-fold doors about 16' wide and we're having a small problem. Mice can easily get through the bottom seal at the corners (it lifts a bit in those areas). Your Schweiss door seals appear to be much better than the one that came with my old Canadian cable door. Can you mail me a new seal for this door?

I'm looking for general pricing and details for a glass bifold overhead door that will need to be weathertight this is to secure an outdoor kitchen at an apartment complex. the door will close off an existing 5' deep eave condition; there is not going to be a new opening cut for this door
