Door Is about 40/12 this needs to be a 12V door

I purchased a bi-fold from you last July. It is a 50wx12h door and i ordered it 120 volts due to my power available. I am on a generator. I have upgraded my power system and would like to convert to 220-240 volt system. What do i need to do?

Our company is bidding this project next Tuesday, and your hydraulic doors are listed as one of the types that maybe used for the project. As a electrical contractor I was in question of what your door power connection and control connection requirements would be for this project. Need a 40 X 16 Bi Fold door with electrically powered opener. Door to be insulated and steel liner. Want installed price and installers to place steel on outside. This is the first time I've asked for a quote of this nature on a customers building so if sales could call me I would appreciate it so there is no confusion.

need bifolds for 14x21 five times,some electric with remotes would be nice,no windows and max insulation.prices and options would be great.

We have your bi-fold door, but we have to hold the button down for the up and down feature. Is there a switch that you dont have to HOLD down to open or close. Also please send me info on the remote control please.

The 34' x 30' Door is up and running. Can we set the opener to momentary contact and set up radio controls. Are there any safety add-ons that you would require if we do this to our door.

We have a bi-fold door on our hanger. We desire the door to fully open and close by momentarily pressing the open or close button. Right now we have to hold the button in while the door opens or closes. Can we relocate wires on the terminal strip to achieve this? Could you please give us some direction? Thank you, Ms. Jill K.
