Eastern Vault Comapny is a prestressed and precast concrete producer in West Virginia. We are interested in retrofitting a bifold door to one of our pre-engineered metal buildings. Our newest building, erected in 2007 had one of your doors installed for our gantry cranes. The door has preformed very well and we are very interested in another unit. The existing door is a sectional overhead door, approximately 20'h x 30' wide. We would like to replace it with a bifold door having a clear opening of 22'h and 40' in width. It would require the external freestanding header.

I have a building that i need to have a gantry crane exit and enter. The door needs to be 53' wide x 40' tall. Looking for inexpensive solution.

Looking for solution to replace high lift door with bi-fold door to minimize impact on overhead crane. Building is designed around standard high lift door frame opening of 14 ft high x 20 ft wide at 100 mph and an R-Value of 13. Metal building girt thickness is 10 inches with a surface mounted insulated 2-1/2" metal wall panel. Looking for a ball park installed cost at Ft Drum, NY. Also, looking for any information on design loads and location on metal building frame.

I need a two fold system. Motorized with safety coordination. A 50' long 7' high crane way door and a 24' wide 30' high sliding door. Can you help?

Need to specify 47' x 27' door opening for an industrial fabrication shop. Would prefer an overhead bifold for speed of operation. The above clearance is required for overhead rolling crane operation thru the opening. We are currently in design for this building and would require two such doors before the end of 2008 installation.

I need a bottom drive door - I believe. It is for a 50'-0 x 250'-0 x 30'-0 crane building. Door is going in the endwall. I need a door that requires no bracing between the first two main frames that would prohibit the crane (26'-0 beam height) from being able to reach the first main frame/endwall. I can't tell if the bottom or top drive doors need any.

I need a quote for a 79' wide x 20' tall hydraulic door with a sill height 32' above finished floor for crane passage from a metal building endwal. The door will require a remote control, (2) notches for crane beams to pass and an alternate price for Installation (crane rental provided by onsite contractor). am planning to build pre engineered steel building 50'x125'x25' eave height. is it possible/ feasable to install bifold/ hydraulic door with 5 ton overhead bridge crane in building?

Looking for bids to provide and install craneway door on end of building. Approx. opening is 80 ft wide x 10 ft. high.

We are looking for information on the availability and feasibility of installing a fold-up door on the endwall of an industrial plant that would allow a crane to be removed for installation and servicing. Height approx 40 feet, width approx 110 feet. To be mounted at an elevated location, approx 70 feet above ground. lower portion of door would seal at a horizontal wind truss, post framed wall below. Ball Park type budget price would be beneficial to allow client to review feasibility further.
